Yunus Turkmen Re-Elected to the Steering Committee of International Chemistry Olympiads (IChO)

Yunus Emre Türkmen has been elected for the second time as one of the six elected members of the Steering Committee of the International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO).

IChO is an international chemistry competition for secondary (high) school level students, which has been organized annually since 1968, with the aim of promoting international contacts in chemistry. Currently, more than 300 students from approximately 90 countries participate in IChO. The Steering Committee of IChO consists of six elected members who serve a two-year term along with a certain number of ex-officio members. Yunus Türkmen will serve as a Steering Committee member for a second term between 2024 and 2026.
